Foaming Auxiliary BK (Urea Ester BK) is a white powdery, environmentally friendly rubber-plastic foaming additive. Chemically, it is a urea complex surface-coated with a dispersant, mainly compounded from urea, stearic acid and its derivatives, and a dispersant. It contains no gas-generating groups and primarily serves as a decomposition activator for blowing agents H and AC, functioning to lower the decomposition temperature, absorb irritating odors such as ammonia and formaldehyde, and improve foam cell uniformity. It is suitable for PVC/NBR, various types of rubber, and rubber-like foamed vulcanized products.
