TSH Product Introduction:
Easily soluble in alkali, methanol, ethanol, methyl ethyl ketone, slightly soluble in water, aldehydes, insoluble in benzene and toluene. Decompose at a temperature of 100-110 ℃, release nitrogen and a small amount of water. Hydrolysis in hot water produces sulfonic acid, which has no hygroscopicity at room temperature and is flammable. It does not ignite when exposed to acid.
1. Used as a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and various plastics, it produces fine closed-pore structures in plastic and rubber products, with low shrinkage and high tear resistance.
2. The gases and decomposition residues generated are non-toxic, odorless, and non polluting. The foam structure of the product is uniform and fine, the shrinkage rate is small, and the breaking strength is large. It is especially suitable for manufacturing closed-pore foam plastics and sponge glue. This product has a low decomposition temperature and should be mixed below 70 ℃. Cannot be used in combination with dinitro-pentamethylenetetramine (foaming agent H), nor should it be used in combination with lead salts to avoid coking and contamination of the rubber material. Foam additives are not required when using this product.
3. Widely adaptable, known as a universal foaming agent. It can be used to make white foam body for PVC (the mold needs chrome plating).
Packaging：25kgs craft paper bags or plastic bags of 500kgs or 1000kgs.
Storage： should be stored in the warehouse. Prevent moisture, prevent sun direct illuminate, the normal temperature in warehouse is not more than 35℃, and humidity is not more than 85%.
